I had a medical massage there. Overall, it was average, but I really enjoyed the facial massage—it was the highlight of the experience by Nagat she’s very helpful to be honest.
Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working properly very very weak. It kept stopping every now and then, and at one point it was out of service for about half an hour. I also encountered a few unusual issues during my visit that affected the overall experience.
In comparison, I found the Rehab branch to be much better in terms of service and facilities and stuff..

The best spa experience I’ve ever had! I’ve visited four times so far, and every single visit has been absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing.
A special thank to Zainab for the Moroccan bath, truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made me feel completely refreshed. Also, Najat’s massage was exceptional and stress-free.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The receptionist welcomed me and my friend so warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. The hospitality throughout was excellent.
Rehab was absolutely wonderful during my Moroccan bath : professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She made the whole experience relaxing, refreshing, and truly luxurious. I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time getting a hammam done in this spa and I absolutely loved every moment of it. Extra thanks to Rehab for the detailed hammam, she was very kind and patient. Throughout the hammam experience she told me what to expect and what products she would be using. And thanks to the masseuse, also a very kind Yemeni lady. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Thank you Tetouan Spa for this experience, you have an amazing team !!

Overall, we enjoyed the experience, we only did a full body relaxing massage. It’s ladies only, we came a few minutes late and faced a very short waiting time (5-10 minutes).
My masseuse was Rehab. She was great – not too rough, not too light. Very thorough and great ambiance. The only issue – and not sure if this was a communication error on my part since I am not Arab and only a beginner Arabic student – is that the lady at the front desk said 50 minutes, but the massage lasted closer to 25-30 minutes, with the rest in the sauna. My guest who was with me, she wasn’t taken to the sauna (we were in separate rooms; I don’t believe they have rooms for multiple women).
Additionally, at the end, they pushed me to post a five star review, and when I said my connection was weak (my data wasn’t working), had me connect to the WiFi to do it. That isn’t unique to this place, but I dislike the push for five star reviews because 1) an artificially high rating actually is suspicious (think, 20 people rate a place 5 stars versus 300 people rate a place with an average of 4.7 stars, statistics everyone) and 2) good places can have a few things to be aware of. No place is perfect.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience here, for a reasonable cost (1600 EGP for two), and they were responsive on WhatsApp.
Note that the spa is situated in the Triumph Hotel. If you enter from the main entrance, take the elevator down to the Ground Floor, and it’s all the way at the end of the hallway.
