The Bridge Café and Restaurant

The staff were very rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic knowledge. They were also very aggressive. Even when I was simply asking for something, they acted as if they were the customers and we were working for them. It was a really bad experience. I ordered an iced mocha, but what I received tasted more like Nesquik than an actual mocha.
On top of that, when I asked if I could change my table, I was told to go look for one myself and sit there if I found an available table. That level of service was very disappointing and unacceptable.

I’ve been in the Bridge cafe many times over the years since it opened but I’ve noticed a general decline. Firstly, it became crowded and very noisy especially inside, food and drinks quality and quantity are not as before, takes a lot of time to find a staff able to help, and finally prices have gone up a lot. However, it’s still a good option and excellent location especially as it has parking on the other side of the road and you can walk in one of most beautiful tunnels in Alexandria, see photos.

excellent services, adaptable price, quiet, good for families, amazing view, the chicken plate & chicken soup are so tasty but the steak was not perfect.
The second visit:
I liked the fajitas and the beef cordon bleu was a good idea, the food was good at all.
