Is it normal for a crepe to be wrapped in a plastic bag while it’s still hot, so the bag is the one that comes into contact with the hot crepe? I think there’s this invention called aluminum foil, especially since your prices aren’t cheap. You should be aware of something like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be repeating the experience.

Okay, I’ll always try to read and learn because the goal is to reach the truth. But could you tell me what your sources and references are for this information? Is all aluminum foil harmful in general? Or is it possible to use types that meet the specifications? And provided it’s used correctly and avoids contact with highly acidic foods (like tomatoes, sauces, and lemons) and also very salty foods? This is a question.
Secondly, you say, “We use food-grade thermoplastic that is approved by the Food Safety Authority.” Could you please tell me what type of clear plastic is in the picture, which company it’s from, and whether it has a food-grade certificate? Is this specific type of plastic listed in your licensing file with the Food Safety Authority as being used for packaging hot food?
Please clarify and cite your source. In other words, tell me, “I use a certain type of plastic,” and mention the scientific body or source that states it’s food-safe when exposed to high temperatures. Thank you.
