The employees were engaged in side conversations and personal discussions about their colleagues, completely ignoring people’s needs and disrupting the queue. My turn wasn’t called until someone else intervened and alerted them.
There was a complete absence of genuine customer service. The employee who took my turn was solely focused on ending the interview quickly without offering any solutions and didn’t even ask for my phone number to investigate the issue.
This was a completely unacceptable experience, and I urge management to review the security camera footage and service logs.

Honestly, if there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to her. I went to the Orange San Stefano branch and met Aida, and from the first minute, she was incredibly polite and professional. This girl not only knows the details of her job very well, but she also has incredible patience and composure. She understood my request and solved the problem that was bothering me in seconds. It’s rare to find someone who truly loves their job and genuinely wants to help you, not just going through the motions. Aida is truly a shining example for Orange and a great asset to any place she works for. Thank you, Aida, for everything, and we look forward to seeing you in the highest positions.
