Unfortunately, my experience with the kickboxing training here was very disappointing!!!

I paid for a trial, then registered for a private training package. I was told the trial payment would be deducted from the package price, but later I was told there was a “same-day decision” condition that was never mentioned to me at the time.

Then, from my second session, I was already training with another girl despite paying for private sessions, and I received very very little attention or coaching.

After that session, I decided not to continue and asked for a refund for the unused sessions because I was unhappy with the professionalism and overall experience. Unfortunately, the refund was not resolved.

Overall, I did not feel the service matched what was agreed or what I paid for, and I did not feel respected as a client. I’m sharing this because I wish I had known before registering.
