Had an amazing stay at The Guard Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from the warm hospitality and professional staff to the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to every detail. It was truly a wonderful experience and I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was great by all standards. The room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable, and every detail in it was carefully considered. Honestly, everything was excellent in terms of service, cleanliness and comfort.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at The Guard Hotel.
A close friend of mine held his wedding at one of the hotel’s halls and had booked two rooms—one for himself and one for his bride—for wedding preparations. Despite this, the overall experience was extremely poor.
One of the main issues was that the hotel charged parking fees for the groom’s car while it was leaving, even though he already had multiple bookings at the hotel. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional, especially on such an important occasion.
Inside the room, basic amenities were lacking. Only three small bottles of water were provided, and when we requested more, no one responded. There were no beverage options available except black Nescafé, and when we asked for alternatives or even simple coffee creamer, we were told that the stock had run out. We were eventually forced to go to the hotel café and pay overpriced rates just to get basic drinks.
Another major issue was accessibility—elevators required key cards, and neither the groom’s nor the bride’s guests had access. This forced people to repeatedly use the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient, especially on such an important day.
The room itself was below average in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. It genuinely felt like there were no staff available to assist or support us throughout the day.
We spent most of the day uncomfortable and even dehydrated due to the lack of basic services. The moment we left the hotel, we were finally able to find what we needed elsewhere.
Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience, especially for such an important occasion. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the Guard Hotel.
We paid an extremely reasonably priced because we wanted to be by the airport.
And the internet worked perfectly.
The lobby is luxurious. The service is stunning, especially Ahmed who was very helpful.
We spent just a few hours and couldn’t enjoy the spacious room and super big pool but we had a perfect night sleep on the comfy bed and enjoy the complementary fruit.
There was a wedding in our annexed building, annexed to the main hotel but it was definitely sound proof.
On check out we were picked up by a cart and unlike other hotels, not chase for tips what at points felt overwhelming.
