Extremely disappointing experience. I booked the ‘Secret Lunch’ package, but the food arrived cold and the quality was very poor. Additionally, the receptionist was totally unwelcoming and never smiled, despite this being my first time visiting and having to interact with her repeatedly. Severely overrated and not recommended at all.

Salma was very professional she helped book as well as fit me in last min and kept the communication present. Nang and Tanaporn are two excellent massage therapists with amazing techniques and manners. Even Ahmed ,mohammed and Mahmoud all the guys in working in the mens section are great hospitable and very service oriented. Just an overall amazing experience with a great heavenly spa Team.

As a custumer that really used to enjoy and recommend it to many i wanted to share my comments i still love the place but:
1 housekeeping on a weekend day is a very low capacity showers kept getting wet with no ability to clean on spot
Robes were teared
Towel material changed to a more poor one
Algae in covered pool and jacuzzi skimmers in many spots
Many grease and black dirt accumulation on walls of internal female jacuzzi and fixtures
When i stop jacuzzi waves black dust settled down
At end of day all the dispensers of showers were broken not in place conditioner empty
