This place lacks even the most basic transparency. We requested to have our tests done and send the results via WhatsApp beforehand, and it was explained that we could receive the results via WhatsApp. We are currently in contact to send the results, but the customer service representative lacks the necessary professionalism to deal with customers and tells us to come to the branch to pick up the results, even though I live 90 kilometers away. I need a manager to communicate with, or I will escalate the matter.
