We stayed here for 3 nights, and what a disaster. We barely slept because of the non stop traffic outside. The WiFi was terrible, they never cleaned the rooms, and the water shut off when we were trying to shower. They talked us out of a booked tour with promises to do better and completely ruined our day. They seriously overcharged us for an Uber ride that would cost $1 but wanted $50. Bottom line.. I beg you not to stay here. If you do, do not book any tours with them and do not get any rides with them. Do not trust them further than you can throw them, staying here is as dangerous as being on the streets.SCAMMERS

The whole staying was good. The restaurant could direct see the pyramids views. Everyone works here was friendly. We booked the airport drop off car from the hotel. And We didn’t know we forgot our camera at the car then we left to airport already. The driver just run to us and gave to us the bag of camera. We try to give to him tips but he left and ran fast . Pls help us to say thanks to him for me. Thank him for the kindness. We are very grateful what he did to us.if we come back to Cairo next time we will definitely come to this hotel again!

Im from the uk, came here yesterday and i booked a room in another hotel and was catfished to say the least didnt look like the pictures at all. Then i came here by reccomendation and i probably would never have found it on booking.com. The pictures dont do it justice the place is absolutely spotless clean and massive rooms. The location is perfect and can get anything delivered to you. If you are staying over in cairo from another city for a few days this place is perfect. This is a real hidden gem i cant explain to you what i saw hotels were like in cairo and then finding how good this hotel was and the price it was unbelieveable. If i come cairo again you will definetly be seeing me🫶

I stayed at this hotel in batches of 2–2 days. It is located in close proximity to the pyramids and the museum, with many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and eateries nearby. It’s easy to locate and convenient to book cabs to get around. The rooms are decent for the price, and the breakfast is amazing!!

CONS: I found the hotel staff and room service extremely unhelpful. On the first day, we were given a room with a smart TV, but it wasn’t connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi. We requested assistance 3–4 times to the night and day staff, but no one came to fix it (I eventually used my mobile hotspot). On my second stay, they gave us a room without a smart TV. I requested a room change, and they said they would let us know, but never followed up. Only the security guard was helpful with our bags when we arrived; however, when we left the hotel twice, no one assisted us.

The lift needs to be fixed. We got stuck in the dark about five times while trying to go up or down from the first floor. We also almost missed our bus because the lift wasn’t working from the third floor, and we had heavy bags.

Overall, it’s budget-friendly and good enough if you just need a place to sleep while exploring. Not suitable for a leisure stay.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was always smiling and willing to assist, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is also very good — it is centrally located, close to the pyramid, Carrefour, restaurants, and shops. Museums are also just 10–15 minutes away, which is very convenient.

However, despite these positives, my overall stay was unfortunately not very satisfactory.

I believe the housekeeping team would benefit from additional training, and management should pay closer attention to the wear and tear of the property in order to maintain proper standards.

I booked my room through an agency, so I did not choose the room myself. I stayed for five days in Room 124, which I would strongly advise future guests to avoid.

The neighboring building is extremely close, making the room very noisy, and people from the next building can easily access the balcony, which raised serious safety concerns.

During my stay, I experienced the following issues:

    * The balcony door lock was broken.
    * The balcony was not cleaned.
    * Hair was found on the toilet bowl.
    * Urine stains were present in the toilet bowl.
    * The entrance to the hotel does not give a good first impression.
    * Continuous horn noise could be heard throughout the day.
    * The room phone was not working (staff advised it was non-functional).
    * The room door only locked properly when double locked; with a single lock, the door could still be opened. We slept two days with the single lock thinking it was locked.
    * The room was very dusty, causing itching and coughing.
    * Tea bags were left uncovered, collecting dust and affecting quality of the tea.

From a safety and cleanliness perspective, the hotel needs significant improvement. Regular maintenance and stronger housekeeping standards are clearly needed. Unfortunately, it felt that guest comfort and safety were not being prioritized enough.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not choose to stay here again.
