The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano, Egypt

The spa at Four Seasons exceeded all our expectations! My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying some of the finest amenities – from the sauna and steam room to the jacuzzi – and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The highlight was definitely the couples massage we booked. The therapists were extremely professional and created an absolutely relaxing atmosphere. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning and could completely unwind.

The entire facility is luxurious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIP guests throughout our visit. The spa is truly a place to escape daily stress and relax your mind and body.

We highly recommend the Four Seasons Spa to everyone and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I give this hotel 4 stars, minus one star because of the exposed nails in the floor of the relaxation room, mold or partially constructed ceiling in the steam room, litter at the bottom of the cold pool, and the dark jacuzzi area.

The spa staff were professional; they spoke at least English and Arabic; and they seemed to work well together. The massage room was comfortable and relaxing. My masseuse, Indah, was amazing! She was incredibly skilled and I felt like a new person when she finished my massage. I will definitely return for Indah’s services. I highly recommend her and she spoke English fluently. My masseuse served me a killer cup of lemongrass and ginger tea after my massage. Oh my goodness, it was natural and both the aroma and flavor was heavenly. The tea was a perfect complement to my massage.

I chose not to take pictures of the relaxation room floor, steam room ceiling, jacuzzi and cold pool floor because I wanted to give the hotel the opportunity to fix these issues. I will present visuals if the aforementioned issues persist. The hotel should decorate the relaxation room floor with throw rugs if it is unable to remove the exposed nail heads in the floor. The sauna room could be fixed by installing tile on the ceiling. Daily cleaning of the cold water pool would prevent clients from witnessing litter (it looked like dense dust balls). Installing a light in the ceiling with a dimmer in the area of the jacuzzi would provide both illumination and create a relaxing ambiance. Please do better in these areas Four Seasons.
