A terrible experience. I booked with them through Youssef and handed the place over to Mahmoud, the hotel’s general manager. The place was awful, completely different from the pictures. It was full of flies, the rooms were terrible, and the smell was awful. I arrived at 12 PM and checked in. By the time the rooms were cleaned, it was 2 PM. The power went out twice. At 4 PM, I was checking out, and when I asked for my money back, they refused and insisted on charging me 6000 EGP. Honestly, it’s a blatant scam. May God punish them!

The place is very nice, but the rooms need a little cleaning.

Positives: The pool is clean and good, and the food is good.
Negatives: Cleanliness is nonexistent. Maintenance is nonexistent. There is no response to complaints. There are an abnormal number of insects. The location, for those who don’t know, is very bad and far from all services.
I absolutely do not recommend this experience. It’s the worst place I’ve been to as a vacation spot and the worst value for money. It doesn’t even deserve to be called a hotel.

The hotel was very unclean, the rooms were uncomfortable, most of the air conditioning wasn’t working, the bathrooms were dirty, and the shower was broken. A very bad experience, and I won’t be staying there again.
