This company is dishonest. We reserved a commercial unit with them for 52,000,000 and paid a 5,500,000 deposit. They didn’t give us a contract, claiming it hadn’t been approved by management. After receiving the deposit, they sent us a 16-page copy of the contract that didn’t match what we had agreed upon. When we requested a refund, they demanded a 2,600,000 pound deduction. I advise you, for God’s sake, to be careful with your money before you regret it when it’s too late.
