Honestly, the staff who help manage the place are completely unprofessional!
They have absolutely no professionalism and don’t seem to mind embarrassing customers.
If anyone wants to go, they should go while Dr. Salma, the owner, is there.
She’s kind and helpful, and all the other girls who work there are very good, God bless them, but the receptionist, customer service representative, and the girl in charge of management are truly, truly, completely unprofessional.
Quality of hair products and treatments is awesome. A bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it. The lady responsible for hair dye, trimming, cutting is an ultimate pro. Better to ask about the prices before u get any service or treatment done because there is no credit card accepted, only cash or instapay transfer. Spacious, clean place. They also have a coffee corner and lockers with keys for yr bags. Network is bad, but they provide you with wifi password upon demand. It is crucial to make an appointment via WhatsApp because the place is always very busy.
Therapista is a “one man show” lead by Salma who is a charismatic hair expert with strong eye for detail. However, as she works very limited hours (1 to 5pm for 3 days per week only), the place is always super busy with long waiting hours no matter how far did you pre-book your visit. You can normally expect an average of 6 hours in Therapista each visit… The treatments are costly and they don’t provide bank cards payments so you need to cash some thousands to pay your dues at the counter. I would recommend visiting her for consult maybe once per year if you must because still she is good at what she does but just put in mind that you will spend a fortune + a whole day and lots of patience for each visit!
Edit: I paid over 5000 EGP and never noticed a difference in my daughter’s hair. Was a waste of money.
Customers are classy and the owner is very well educated and knows what she is offering. She gives professional advice and uses the best ingredients. The place is quite comfortable.
The system though is not much organized. There is no clear system of who starts when amd on what order. So you have to keep asking when your turn will show up. It took us 4.5 hours for one hair treatment and I lost patience towards the end. The place in general is comfortable and i am satisfied with the service.

No consideration for customers time and other plans, why even bother booking appointments if we’re going to wait for over 2 hours anyway
