Despite having an appointment, they arrived very late; charged me some services twice by mistake; haircut was poor (boy had no clue how to tie long hair, did not wet hair before cutting, and burned my skin while waxing); pedicure girl extracted the soul from my toes (it still hurts after four days). Coffee is good though
