Town Hospital

A wonderful hospital! It was my first time there. The emergency service was outstanding. I want to thank Dr. Islam, Ms. Shaimaa, and Mr. Ahmed very much for their excellent treatment of my grandson and for convincing him to get checked out. A very special thank you to them, especially considering they were busy with other emergencies. Their service was more than excellent.

At the hospital, you find humanity embodied in the way people treat you, as well as in the medical and administrative care.

Dr. Ahmed Yahya, the cardiology consultant, receives you with the same warmth and care as a member of your family. Dr. Khaled, the Yemeni cardiologist, exudes a genuine warmth and character, reminiscent of the heart of Upper Egypt. Ms. Somaya, the contracts manager, works tirelessly, like a butterfly, to complete any necessary tasks, no matter the difficulties. Mr. Medhat, the catheterization accounts manager, prioritizes the patient as much as the hospital administration, readily offering his services outside of working hours. Similarly, Mr. Islam, also in contracts, smoothed over many of the challenges we faced with the contracting company, maintaining contact from his home. The emergency and cardiology doctors responded swiftly to the patient’s sudden collapse, which began with Mr. Mahmoud, the security guard, calling for help. Mr. Ikrami, the public relations officer, is always there to assist you whenever you encounter a problem. I found so many truly humane people. Thank you.
