The rooms were not ready when I arrived even though I did reserve and confirm after that by phone two times, one room A/C was malfunctioning, another with dirty restroom, the third with blocked drainage, no breakfast was served, the staff clothes were not appropriate, the POS machine was not available and I was shocked by all these disasters together.
3 years ago I went to this place and it was good so that I went this time again, but now I will never repeat this experiment and definitely will not recommend it to any one.
What I payed in my stay is more than sufficient to make maintenance for the 3 rooms I tried. But the management seems like to be in a coma. Shame for all Egypt’s hotels.

I reserved a double room for me and my friend, we reserved it two weeks ago then when we arrived they said we are not allowed to stay there together as I am Egyptian and he is German which makes no sense we asked for cancelation they said I should issue a request and they will review it immediately and when we did the guy completely ignored us and was watching Instagram reels and not even looking at us. The building as well was very old and completely doesn’t look like in the photos

Great rooms … Great WiFi … Great view … Bathroom needs maintenance … The location is very close to the downtown but it may take time to reach … Normal breakfast without any hot drinks … hot drinks need additional charges (too expensive)

I stayed at Town View Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a calm and quick visit. Although it’s not a highly rated hotel, it offers good value for money in several ways.
The location is convenient — situated in the downtown area — and fairly easy to reach. However, there were no signs on the main street, which made it hard to find. It took me around 15 minutes to locate it, which was a bit frustrating.
The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and came with private bathrooms. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, although the air conditioner was quite noisy during the night.
One of the positive aspects of my stay was the affordability. Prices were reasonable, but I was surprised to learn they only accept cash. I had to go to a nearby ATM (on the next street) to withdraw money. Fortunately, Mahmoud, the receptionist, was very understanding and helpful — he checked me in and allowed me to pay later the same evening.
The hotel offers a laundry service and a rooftop breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the roof is beautiful, and the breakfast menu seems to change daily. I especially enjoyed the Fallahi breakfast, which was rich, flavorful, and felt homemade.
However, one major downside was the behavior of the waiter or supervisor at the rooftop restaurant — also named Mahmoud, I believe. He was loud, rude, and unprofessional, often shouting in front of guests during breakfast. His attitude was neither welcoming nor appropriate, and it affected the otherwise peaceful morning atmosphere.

Such a lovely hotel, the rooms are very clean and have everything you need etc mini fridge, kettle, tv, air con. The bed was so comfy and provided with towels and soaps for the bathroom the service is 10 out of 10. Short stays are very cheap and affordable especially for the area. Less than a 2 minute walk into the city centre so it’s very convenient. Breakfast is provided in the rooftop cafe and it was brilliant yet again, there’s also a restaurant and a lounge area in the reception with a tv to chill. Check out is 12pm!! Awesome. The staff are also good and very helpful, no complaints. Definitely will be coming back again. Views from the room are beautiful.
