Good service by Mohamed Sobeih, however, you must book for the service.
To improve
1-The call number was disconnected outside of working hours.
2- No sign that the coffee and water are upstairs.
3- A was a mistake in the exit pass, causing more waiting at the gate.

Mr. Mostafa was extremely professional, precise and understood all my needs to take the proper action accordingly.
The payment procedure was also smooth, given the current ups and downs with the visa transactions and some banking system failure.
A highly recommended branch with skilled client oriented staff who totally abide to accurate time schedule.
