Terrible restaurant and absolutely not recommended. The food quality is poor. They lied to us, claiming the card machine (POS) wasn’t working just to get cash, and only provided a receipt upon our explicit request. The staff was unkind, and there was a total lack of transparency. Real scammers. The price, which was definitely exorbitant, does not in any way reflect the quality of the service or the ingredients. I hope a place like this closes down as soon as possible. Unfortunately there is not an option to choose zero stars. They suggest me to pay for a diamond package the best one and most expensive one to get a full nile view at the first line but at the all packages are the same because they only have one line, there is not a second and third line.

It’s valentines day and honestly you guys made our experience the worst….. we thought it would be a romantic dinner and literally paid 4,000 to literally have the worst food, staff, service, and I don’t even think it deserves that much money. We booked for 3 hours and literally sat for a hour and half and then we couldn’t resist how bad everything was, no privacy I was able to hear everything the table beside me were saying. The food is terrible and surprisingly I had to pay extra for another type of chicken because they only serve one type in the package. I would never recommend it to anyone, this is the worst nightmare.

It’s a great spot to celebrate a special occasion, the atmosphere including the view, the calmness, the feeling of being far up from all the chaos in Cairo, the saxophone, the violin, are all a perfect combo for a sweet date night. The food was okay, not the best, not the worst. Definitely recommended.
Paid parking lot below the tower but there’s only about 8-10 spots, but there’s a parking space a minute or two after the tower.

The place is very chic and amazing, the decorations are stylish, and the staff was very cooperative, especially Mohammed, who was extremely polite and helpful. However, the problem with the place is that the arrangement of the tables doesn’t provide the best view, and the biggest problem is the quality of the food. The cake that was included in the package was the worst it could be; we only took pictures of it. Consequently, the value of the package is high compared to the quality provided.

Service was amazing(given by mahmoud he was very attentive and nice, took some nice pictures although we didn’t book a photographer), food was good, atmosphere great too, the only thing that was missing is the place seems old needs some polishing and better lighting and it would be perfect!
