The photo did not match the room I received. The room appears to be in the middle of being repaired/renovated. Dust everywhere, drywall not properly painted, stains in multiple areas. The ac was not working properly, the sink was leaking onto the bathroom floor and the bathroom smelled like sewage. We asked for a room change the following night and was given a better room that didnt smell , with a working ac and overall cleaner. I believe they are aware of the poor condition of the initial room and still put customers in it so it’s reflective of poor hotel management. The rooftop was also not open. The staff were not friendly however it could be due to language barrier. The entrance to the pyramids is walking distance which is great and there’s an awesome falafel place close by. Tarek’s. Check it on google maps. This hotel has potential if it focused on not renting out rooms that are clearly not functioning well

One of the best stays in my life! The staff are the nicest ever! They’re super helpful and all they care about is your happiness and satisfaction! The rooms are super clean and if you complain about anything they resolve it for you ASAP! Seed if the process is fascinating! Love the hotel and will definitely stay here again! 💓

“Terrible hotel ”
I came to this hotel and since I came I found the bathroom has strong bad smell. I asked the reception to remove it and the cleaners came several times to clean it with little improvement and the smell comes back again, looks like it’s from the sewerage! The bed sheets, towels and the quilt not clean, the quilt and the towels have bad smell as well which prevented us having a good sleep or using them properly. The mattresses are not comfortable but okay. The location is good and the staff are somehow helpful but couldn’t solve my problem there! We had a bad experience in this hotel and I don’t recommend it for anyone at all!

The hotel was horrible. We booked it based on the reviews. It’s not a place to stay. First of all, the beds were awful; quite old, with loose springs, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom and the whole room smelled awful. The ceiling paint was peeling off
There was no shower cabin, not even a shower curtain. There was no breakfast, no restaurant-style food, nothing like that. The window overlooked a back alley-like place; it was so dirty I didn’t even open it.
One housekeeper was trying to handle everything. Building was quite neglected. It hasn’t been repainted in years. Even the walls were dirty. There’s not even drinking water if there isn’t a grocery store nearby. The kitchen was closed. There’s no kettle or tea in the whole facility. Only the terrace overlooks the pyramids from afar. But even that is neglected, abandoned, and dirty. The photos on the internet are completely false and misleading.
We were forced to stay there for one night. We canceled the remaining 3 nights, but they didn’t refund our money. We were crammed into 3 rooms for the night we stayed because one room smelled terrible. They charged us for the room we couldn’t use due to unavoidable circumstances. The sheets were dirty and damp. There were no windows in the rooms, which caused them to smell. In short, we had a terrible experience and lost $400. We argued the next day, found another hotel, and moved there. When we returned to get our belongings, they forcibly extorted another 600 EGP for a 3-hour delay in returning onw of the keys. We also paid a penalty for the room we didn’t use. On top of that, we gave away the 4 rooms we had booked for the remaining 3 nights. As a result we lost 400 usd and 2 days of our visit.

I can’t review this hotel as I didn’t stay here. However my wife and I couldn’t find an uber and were a little concerned about getting a taxi without having pre-booked. So we stepped into the hotel reception and asked for help booking a taxi. The friendly man kindly assisted and when we offered him a tip for his help, he refused. Very trustworthy and a kind act
