I had an awful experience because of the “manager” Islam. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and treated me with a complete lack of respect as a woman. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable, making me feel completely unwelcome. A manager should know how to treat customers with courtesy and respect, but he clearly does not. This business needs to replace him with someone who is professional, respectful, and actually cares about customer service. Because of the way I was treated, I will never be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked a flight and traveled from another city and transferred to a minimum, and in the end he tells me there is no air conditioning?!?!?
