I had the unfortunate experience of working with this agency, and I cannot recommend them. Despite their promises of delivering results, I found their service to be subpar at best. Communication was extremely poor — messages went unanswered, and when I did hear back, responses were vague or unhelpful.
What’s worse, there was a complete lack of transparency. I had little visibility into the progress of the work they were doing, and when asked for updates, I was met with excuses.
In addition, their customer service was disappointing. Whenever issues arose, the team seemed disorganized, disrespectful and unable to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. After giving them ample time to improve, I ultimately decided to end the partnership.
Overall, this agency failed to meet expectations and was a frustrating experience. I would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable and results-driven marketing support.

I was taken aback by how the service provider shouted at me when I inquired about the service we had agreed upon. Their conduct was completely unacceptable, and it left me feeling unsatisfied as a customer.
Their lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and their evident deficiency in communication skills are reasons why I strongly discourage others from engaging with them. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend dealing with this agency.
