Beauties clinic
worst clinic i have ever been to. I had horrible experience with them. I had a complain and they didn’t handle it and they acted as if I am the one who had the problem not them and they ignored everything i said and didn’t even offer a retouch

This was my first visit at ozel clinic and
I had an amazing experience with Dr Ryham Alsadeq. The result exceeded my expectations, I had profhilo treatment (skin booster) and the service was truly reliable. The doctor was kind and very knowledgeable in her work. The receptionist was nice and very welcoming, the clinic is clean and elegant and car parking was easy and available. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service.

Wellness Oasis Clinics I had a horrible experience today!!!
I was given an appointment at 7:30 and when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment (7:20) I was told you’ll have to wait for some time!! When I asked for how long ? I was told 7:30 only to hear la2 aslo b asbakeyet el 7odoor !! Then mate2la2eesh kolha kam d2ee2a oltlha le mhdsh alky jda badal ma agy w ahterem m3ady w agy 10 min badry knt agy abl.. After an hour (8:20) I was finally told you’re next after 10 minutes of waiting someone shows up and asks when will I enter and the receptionist answers you’re next !!!!! I asked her politely I’m next right? She aggressively answers no dol a3deen taht !!! With all my respect to them but is this normal ?! I then asked her ezay ana b2ally kteer altly hta s3a dee kteer fee bas bteegy mn sa3a 3 w 4 w lesa mada5aloosh !!! Is this something she should be proud of?! I then knew that the one entered before me didn’t even book an appointment!!! So how exactly does this work ?!
Away from wasting my time the receptionist is far far away from being professional!!! She literally was moving her legs and asking me ynf3 nhda balash shawshara !!! Instead of apologizing for how unprofessional she was and then she insisted that she informed me that there’s a list of people waiting bel share3 !! Yes tab3an due to today’s amazing weather!!! Then the doctor asks her to make me go next after I mentioned I was here for too long even before her previous fight !!! The receptionist aggressively answers la2 ya dr msh hatet5ol fee nas ablha taht !!! How does she know ?! What makes her so sure they will all show on time ?!
I left and I’m sure a lot will after getting treated this way….

Ozel clinic : Highly recommend this clinic .Dr. Khaled and the team at the clinic are fantastic. They addressed all my dental issues efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
