Be careful when using this company.
Everyone leaving glowing reviews seems to be Egyptian, so if you’re a foreigner, I strongly recommend getting several quotes before booking. My experience left me feeling that I was quoted a much higher price simply because I wasn’t Egyptian.
My experience was very disappointing. The staff came across as rude and arrogant, and the quote I received seemed far higher than expected. It left me feeling that I was being charged more because I’m a foreigner.
To all foreigners living in Egypt: please get several quotes before booking any moving company. Compare prices and don’t accept the first offer without checking other options.
No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect or quoted unfairly. Companies should treat everyone equally, regardless of their NATIONALITY
