⚠️ Caution advised for tourists.
This store has displayed a troubling pattern of charging prices that differ from those clearly listed next to each item. They charged us two different prices for the same beer.
Additionally, they insist on cash payments without providing receipts, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.
They will find any excuses to force you you pay cash.
Based on my experience, I do not consider this business trustworthy.

Grumpy male cashier but very helpful cutie working the meat counter. They sell bacon in 500g and 1 kilo quantities. I bought a kilo for EGP180.
It tends to be quite fatty and looks a bit odd if you are used to bacon from supermarkets, but I can assure you it is delicious. They also sell beer and spirits alcohol not a great selection of red wine.

Good local liquor store and deli. They sell all the standard local alcohol products as well as a large selection of local pork products, something that’s pretty hard to find in Cairo and non-existent elsewhere in Zamalek. Delivery service is usually quite quick as well.

Good small shop at Zamalek with pork products, but his working hours are very strange. You never know when they are open or close.
