We found this hotel in booking , it’s really nice hotel in downtown close to all locations to walk and enjoy many nice places. Rooms are clean and stuff is so amazing and kind. Def. my place in Cairo from staying in the future. I feelt so welcomed.

Very negative experience.
There was construction upstairs all night. Noise from machinery and hammers from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Unbelievable! A hotel where you can’t sleep. A disappointing experience!

Booked a “Deluxe Room with Balcony” but was given a completely different room.
See photos:
– The room condition did not match the listing at all
– Visible mold and hygiene issues
– Overall poor maintenance
I raised the issue immediately, but it was not resolved. Instead of receiving the room I paid for, I had to deal with this situation and eventually leave.
I was forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice, at a higher price, which disrupted a large part of my stay.
This was not a minor inconvenience but a clear case of misrepresentation. Be very careful when booking here.
Please look at the photos that show the room I booked through Booking.com and photos of the room I was given.
The last 4 photos are of the room I booked through Booking.com They did nothing to help me get out of this disgusting place, so I had to relocate myself.
Booking.com customer service is shameful.

Room was small, with no balcony as advertised. Toiletries were meagre and the toilet door frame was peeling off with a damaged shower head. There was also no working lock on the toilet door and no shower door at all. The lift was also dirty, small and had no internal door and there was no room service unless requested. The only upside was the location.

Great location! The hotel is right in the main square, making it super convenient to walk everywhere. They serve breakfast on the terrace, and it’s decent with a nice view to start the day. The staff are attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to Mr. Shady at reception—he was incredibly helpful with everything from check-in to local recommendations. Highly recommend!
