I heard this place is good, i hope you answer me, how much do they cost? do you have the Ryzen 5 3400G and Gigabyte A520M K V2 and 2×8GB DDR4 3200MHz (Hiksemi/Dahua) and a 256GB SATA SSD and a 500W PSU?
Please answer me because i might come to pick it up like a week or so after the final exams:)
I was going to buy a 5070 graphics card and motherboard on Thursday (at 4 PM). I was hesitant at first because I was paying 46,000 (currency unspecified), but I decided to go ahead and trust in God. He told me it would ship on Sunday. I thought the motherboard supported both DDR4 and DDR5, but they hadn’t mentioned it in the advertisement, which I think was a shared mistake.
I called him on Friday (at 1 AM, literally about 8 hours after the message on Thursday) after my friend told me it didn’t support both. I told them I thought it supported both but it turned out to support 5. Then, he kindly said I might have 4. I told him no, I’d cancel the order and all that. I thought it was fine as long as it hadn’t shipped yet.
Friday was their day off, so on Saturday, someone from their company called me. He said Mustafa was there, and I said yes. He said he was from the company and all that. I contacted you about the order, and I told him I wanted to cancel it because I had a change of plans and needed the money, and that the card hadn’t been loaded yet. He then spoke in the most rude way I’ve ever seen. I used to think Sigma’s service was bad (in some branches), but they proved me wrong. He told me I should be sure before buying something, or not buy it at all. He said they were contacting me via WhatsApp, and that was an effort (I don’t understand what effort that is; it’s literally a service you provide. If you think it’s too much for you, don’t offer it). He said they laminated the card and I don’t know what else (how much does lamination cost? 10 pounds or what? I don’t understand). He said I kept making excuses on WhatsApp, talking about the motherboard and whatnot, when I could have just told him to cancel the order. And that’s literally what happened; I told him to cancel, but he practically deduced from my words that I wanted to cancel. I even told him if If you’re in a hurry for money, I can easily cover it; it’s a courtesy on my part. I’m not obligated to cover anything until it’s shipped.
This wasn’t a purchase experience; it was a transactional one. I can say that the person who contacted me knew nothing about professionalism, and I could have easily reprimanded him because his manner and tone of voice suggested he was looking for a fight, not a sale.
Four days later, they made a bank transfer, and the money was returned.
