I booked a Glow facial and 90 minute deep tissue massage. I am visiting from Canada and this has been one of my best spa experiences at an affordable price. Eman did a great job on my face and it looked so radiant and she really worked my trouble spots on my back during the massage. I would highly recommend coming here for affordable packages and full pampering.

I had an hour deep tissue massage and a facial with Dunia. She was amazing! Best massage I’ve had in a long time. The place is very organized and everyone is professional. It was definitely worth it.

Booked Medium/Hard massage and Kareema was absolutely amazing. She was able to figure out where my stress was stored and target them. When it was over I felt amazing. Definitely coming again 🙂

Runnnnnnnn! Don’t come! It’s a nightmare! We agreed at the front desk that I’d shower first, then get a massage. The masseuse didn’t understand English, so she started with a massage and oil treatment before even letting me shower.
She started the oil massage from my feet upwards! I came here sweaty after playing golf, and my feet weren’t even that clean! The massage was weak, and the pressure points were all wrong.
After getting covered in oil, I went to the Turkish bath, and it was the start of another nightmare.
She just steamed me without letting me shower, and the steam wasn’t even hot enough; it would stop after a while. I was shivering in the bathroom. Finally, I was allowed to shower, but they made me lie on the cold, slippery shower platform. The platform wasn’t heated! It was soaking wet, so scrubbing vigorously was dangerous. The water kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold, making it impossible to adjust the temperature properly.
After rinsing off all the oil, without applying any black scrub or oil-removing products, how could I possibly get rid of any dirt from all that oil?
I finally finished lathering up, but there was full of foam. Applying it to both sides made it easy for the foam to slide off. After applying it, I lay down on the counter to rinse off, but then the water temperature got messed up again.
So, I had to put on a bathrobe and go to the massage room to shower, still covered in foam. It was the first time in my life I’d ever worn a bathrobe while covered in foam, and I was freezing! During the bath, people kept opening the door to check if I was done showering. Since there was only one shower room, it made me even colder.
Back in the massage room, another problem arose: the showerhead switch was broken, and there were bugs inside!
After washing, I started getting bumps on my back, probably from the oil. I also had an allergic reaction to the scrub on my face. My husband’s arm got chafed from scrubbing it so much. That’s what I got for today’s 4,000 Egyptian pounds.
As a foreigner who has lived here for many years, I’ve never given a bad review. Even if it’s slightly off, I wouldn’t comment. This isn’t my first time getting a massage and Turkish bath in Cairo; I’ve had very satisfying experiences before. A 2000 Egyptian pound package isn’t expensive, but it shouldn’t be this bad.
