Very poor care for rescue cats. Zero compassion especially from dr Norhan who seems to hate animals. Boarding is horrible and the favorite treatment is antibiotic for anything and everything.

The clinic is not fully equipped with the latest and required medical devices to support the cases.
The pets can be simply misdiagnosed and this will lead to serious complications that causes chronic and hopeless diseases ending by death.
I don’t recommend neither the staff nor the devices and the whole experience at once.

Was very good and doctor she was very helpful, it was not over priced and my cat he became back to life again :)))

Very professional and caring. The only doctor I found in Alexandria who cared about giving my cat pain medication after surgery. All others claimed that cats don’t feel pain after surgery, which is cruel and non-scientific.
