I’ve never seen a hotel this filthy with such outrageous prices. Everything is unsanitary and rundown from the bathroom to the kitchen, including the lobby. I even found insects in my room. The lobby is tiny, and there’s nowhere to sit or relax. The lobby on the fifth floor is much more spacious, but the staff doesn’t allow men and women to sit together.
There are supposed to be Wi-Fi modems, but the one on my floor didn’t work. As if that weren’t enough, the staff are the most disrespectful and rude people I’ve ever encountered. They behave in such an inappropriate and insolent manner. I almost wanted to tell them they should be grateful that people even book rooms there and that they should treat guests a bit better.

Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are filthy and there’s no enough room to place your stuff. The washing machine and kitchen are dirty as well. The receptionist guy with glasses was always rude towards us. They don’t have ac in most of the rooms and you have to beg them for a fan. Great place if you’re looking for a terrible experience. Trust me and avoid this place no matter what; there are much better hostels nearby.(check arabesque hostel)

Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was well organized, the room was cozy and spotless, and the service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Great location and wonderful atmosphere—I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, and everything was organized smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back

THE MOST HORRIBLE ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. It was referred to us by an agent on the street and man do i regret my decision of saying yes to it. They charged 600EGP for couple of hours of stay. There is no cleanliness and no toiletries or even towel provided in the rooms. Forget that, the washroom didn’t even have a gate it just had a curtain. There was no toilet paper even. They don’t show the room before charging you. I would have rated it 0 if i could. It doesn’t have an AC or a window(the window doesn’t open), they provide you with a table fan.
