Before reserving this hotel, I visited it in person to check the room. The supervisor showed me a room that I really liked because it was clean and quiet. He promised to reserve this room for me for three days, and I paid part of the total cost in advance.
When I returned later, I paid the remaining amount for the three-day stay. However, after completing the payment, I was surprised to find that my luggage had been moved to a different room on the ground floor. This room was very noisy because it was close to family suites with many children. In addition, the ventilation system was extremely loud, and I could not sleep at all.
I complained, and they moved me to another nearby room, but unfortunately the noise from the ventilation system was still very loud. I then asked to be moved to the original apartment I had reserved, but I was told it was busy and had been given to another customer.
The hotel is clean and has a good location, but unfortunately the management cannot be trusted to keep their agreements.

An Exceptional Stay at Zayed Suite Hotel – Villa 14! Truly the Best in Sheikh Zayed
My stay at Zayed Suite Hotel, Villa 14, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the villa felt spacious, welcoming, and clean, perfect for families or anyone looking for comfort and privacy. The layout is generous, the furnishings are comfortable, and the balcony became the perfect spot to sit, relax, and unwind after a long day.
The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable which was a huge plus for both work and streaming. The villa is located in a very safe and secure area, giving complete peace of mind throughout the stay. The location itself is unbeatable, quiet and private yet surrounded by everything you could possibly need. It is just minutes away from major landmarks like Arkan Plaza, Mall of Arabia, and HyperOne, and getting around is extremely easy with quick access to Uber. Pharmacies, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance, making day-to-day needs effortless.
The hospitality experience was truly exceptional, and the staff made a lasting impression. Ibrahim, in particular, deserves special recognition. He was incredibly helpful, warm, and always available whenever we needed anything, and was always a whatsapp messave away. He offered excellent recommendations for restaurants, cafés, grocery shops, and things to do in the area. Whether we asked for food options, directions, or general help, Ibrahim responded quickly and went above and beyond every single time. The 24-hour front desk also added an extra layer of convenience and support.
The villa’s housekeeping team was attentive to every detail, keeping the villa spotless throughout our stay. Fresh linens and towels were provided regularly and the on-site laundry services were fast, convenient, and high-quality which made a huge difference during our long stay.
For the level of comfort, space, and service offered, the pricing is truly excellent value for money. It is rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, safety, convenience, and genuine hospitality so seamlessly.
I highly recommend Zayed Suite Hotel – Villa 14 to anyone visiting Sheikh Zayed or the surrounding areas. This villa exceeded every expectation, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. A perfect 5-star experience in every way!

The service and staff are exceptional I was amazed and had a great stay their during my business stay, WiFi is fast and the service is very professional. Last minute booking when my other accommodation fell through. 24 hour desk, the staff were so helpful and professional, it was such a safe haven after a difficult day. Good value for the price.
