⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently visited Caracas at Mall of Arabia in Egypt, and I honestly had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The restaurant has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a beautiful design that makes it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable, which immediately gave a very positive impression.
The food was excellent. The ingredients tasted fresh, the dishes were full of flavor, and the portions were generous. It is clear that the restaurant pays attention to quality and presentation. Every item we ordered was prepared very well and arrived in a timely manner.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. I would especially like to thank Mohamed Abdullah for his professionalism, kindness, and respectful attitude. He was very attentive throughout our visit, answered our questions with patience, and made sure that we were completely satisfied. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine hospitality, and he truly deserves recognition for the excellent way he treats customers.
Overall, Caracas at Mall of Arabia is one of the nicest dining experiences I have had in Egypt. Great food, excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about the guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the mall, and I will definitely be returning again in the future. Thank you to Mohamed Abdullah and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

The food was delicious and full of authentic Lebanese flavors. Every dish we tried was fresh and well prepared. However, the service needs improvement. The staff was friendly, but they seemed poorly trained and everything took much longer than expected. With better organization and faster service, this place could be excellent. Overall, I’d come back for the food, but I hope they improve the customer experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Family Dinner!
We had a wonderful dinner at Villa Caracas, Mall of Arabia, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance is perfect for a cozy family gathering—elegant, clean, and very welcoming.
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our night special, however, was the outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to our waiter, Mohamed, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly professional, attentive, polite, and made sure our family felt right at home throughout the entire evening.
Excellent food, great vibes, and top-tier service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
