I sat at a table from 3 pm. and told them I had 7 to 8 people coming to watch the match later.
I asked if I could put two tables together. They said it wasn’t possible at all, and they could only add more chairs to my table. I said, “Okay,” and was very understanding. Then, after a while, they came to ask me, “How about this table at the end? They will leave soon, and it fits 8 people, since your table is for 4.” I said, “Okay.” Then I found out, while moving to the table they requested me to sit at, that they put another table beside the one I was already sitting at in the beginning. Like, really?! They said, “Oh, it’s because they are related to the owners and blah, blah, blah.” So they removed me from my table so they could put the owners’ friends in it and add two tables together for them, but not for me!
Is this even for real!! Like doing this trick on me like i am blind or smth!?
This was very upsetting and unfair!
It was my first time trying this branch, and it definitely will be the LAST.
They tried to give us a dessert on the house but we refused and WE PAID FOR IT.
not taking anything from these unprofessional liars.

We eat dessert, we tried strawberry cake, termesso, and chocolate mousse. Experience was not that good. We got also smoothie (lemon mint) It was good.
Their shisha is very good by the way.. Thanks to the waiter Khalid, he was patient and so kind.

As someone that has many allergies, I was greeted by Khaled’s patience and wonderful service. He was very attentive and careful to speak with the chef and follow allergy protocols. The chef Ahmed Faramawy took great care of my request and made me the most delicious meal I’ve had in a long time!!

I recently visited Villa Lucca Restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was uncomfortable due to very loud guests, which made it hard to enjoy the meal or even have a normal conversation.
As for the food, it was average at best and did not justify the prices. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, and I hope they work on improving both the service and overall atmosphere.

Villa Luca offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. The setting is inviting, and the overall ambiance is definitely a highlight. However, the food experience was a bit inconsistent.
I tried several dishes, and while some were enjoyable, others fell short. The soup was good, offering a comforting and well balanced flavor. The sweet and sour dish was the best thing I had, with a perfect blend of tangy and savory flavors that stood out from the rest of the meal.
The pizza was okay, nothing too special but decent enough. Unfortunately, the cordon bleu was a letdown the presentation wasn’t appealing at all, with mashed potatoes placed underneath in a way that looked messy rather than appetizing. The taste didn’t meet expectations either.
The cappuccino was average, not bad but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, while I enjoyed the cozy ambiance and a couple of standout dishes, I hope to see some improvements in food quality and presentation in the future.
