I totally agree with all negative comments about the place, the place is kinda looking ok for the price, but workers not doing their job well. Everything with additional money! And even that entrance welcome plate which we order to make , they wrote there “engagement” instead of wedding 🤦🏻‍♀️ when you discuss with them about wedding they just say “yes yes” “sure” ect. But when you come to the place in your special day they end up not ready, even my bride room was not prepared! (Even tho they was telling “we will prepare everything don’t worry” aha!) It didn’t have even table where I can do make up, so I should wait for them to bring it and wasted a lot of time (and we all know that it’s always not enough time for the bride in the wedding). Food is another story, not tasty at all, what for did we pay?? Workers are horrible. I asked the lady who taking care of the wedding if I can bring fruits to make it as a snacks front the guests, and if they can cut it and put to the plates. They said”yes yes” as usual, but at the end, they just wash them and put to the plate!!! Imagine! It was like a joke! To give to the people the plate with hole pomegranate and hole orange and guava without cut!! And when I asked them to give me knife to cut myself, they refused! Workers in the kitchen wanted money! Money money money! For anything!! Like you didn’t pay before!! Why to don’t tell since the begging at least , to prepare and do it ourself? Total unprofessional!!!
Basic decorations are kinda ok, but they will ask additional money for anything. They made my already nervous for known reasons day even more nervous.
And if you want to bring your own photographer be ready to pay more. In our case they asked (500 LE), which is still cheaper then to get it from them (they asked 4000 LE)

So, to make long story short, they basic price for the place is normal only because any other service they will ask additional money for it. Food doesn’t worse any pound to pay. In your first visit they will talk different from what it will be in reality (to get your order)

PS. When I told my complaints to the stuff , they told me that they didn’t promise me anything. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so think twice before choosing this place.

PPS. Don’t order their videographer , he took 40 days for editing nothing.

There is no electricity despite the agreement on a generator
Receiving the villa without cleaning
The organization (Farida) escaped and was not found in the villa all day
You require that the DJ’s voice be very low
This was not open from the beginning in the agreement
Overall, a bad experience that I would not wish anyone else to have

It’s a nice place but they need to pay more attention to cleaning the place. Also the road leading there is very bad

The place is beautiful, but very bad service and food quality. I had to ask the workers to take the plates off the table and clean it and it wasn’t well cleaned even after I had to ask. Overall it’s very bad organized.
