I have been coming to this clinic for years, and I can confidently say the experience is always amazing. Walking in, you’re immediately welcomed by a super clean and incredibly cozy atmosphere.

The dental care itself is absolutely top-notch. Doctor Omar takes incredible care of my teeth, paying close attention to every detail and making sure I’m completely comfortable during every visit. My dental health has never been in better hands.

What really sets this place apart is their absolute respect for your time. The scheduling is flawless, and the doctor is never late. If you want top-tier dental care in a comfortable, highly professional setting, this is the place to go!

I went to Dr. Omar at Viola Clinic for many years, and I deeply regret trusting this clinic with my dental care for so long.

In my experience, the care was superficial, inconsistent, and shockingly underwhelming. Despite years of visits, I was never asked to do a panoramic X-ray or what I now understand to be basic dental check-up procedures. Serious issues with my teeth were never properly flagged to me, which left me feeling completely failed as a patient. I am not saying he caused those issues, but I am saying that after years under his care, the lack of basic diagnostic follow-through was unacceptable.

The prices also felt inflated for the level of care provided. The clinic presents itself like a polished cosmetic facility, but the actual experience did not match that image at all. It felt much more focused on appearance and billing than on careful, responsible dental care.

The scheduling was another major problem. Dr. Omar was constantly late, often by more than an hour, and the staff were rude and dismissive. I was repeatedly given appointment dates when the doctor or clinic was not even actually available, which is incredibly disrespectful of a patient’s time. Instead of clear communication or basic professionalism, I experienced delays, attitude, and excuses.

Overall, my experience with Viola Clinic was extremely disappointing. The clinic may look polished from the outside, but the standard of care, punctuality, communication, and professionalism were nowhere near what I would expect from a serious dental practice. I would not recommend this clinic, especially to anyone looking for thorough, responsible, long-term dental care rather than surface-level cosmetic branding.
