We had an issue with the Waitress we came at 10:30 and he mentioned that they are close which is absolutely not. They close at 11 . After that, they let us in which is was kind of weird Unhappy with Customer Service .
The food is One of the best Italian restaurant here in Cairo Egypt.

The pizza taste so good salad something haven’t taste before and the tiramisu here absolutely amazing. Really recommended.

Eslam and his colleagues are nothing short of amazing. As a chef myself, I couldn’t believe how delicious the soups, tiramisu and asso bucco are. Please join them and ask for Eslam, you won’t find a better server or service.

Amazing service. Eslam and the team at Vivo took great care of my husband and I for our 2nd wedding anniversary. The food, drinks and dessert were perfect. I would recommend this place to eat at the Ritz.
