Zero Star isn’t just one star. I was subjected to what could be called deception by one of your customer service employees. This gentleman took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the systems and my trust in him as a “customer service” employee. He switched my plan without explanation, going around in circles. All he said was, “Your line might have the advantage of not being deactivated when you travel because you’re ‘members of the Doctors’ Syndicate.’ Give me your ID card, and I’ll change your plan. You’ll only pay 200 pounds for reactivation.” Of course, I agreed because I travel and the line would be deactivated, and I was happy when this gentleman, with his kind heart, offered me an easy solution. Later, I found out from friends that he switched my plan to a corporate plan without mentioning the correct name or explaining the other consequences of the switch, all of which are not in my favor and will cost me much more than what he told me. So, Vodafone, please teach your employees that honesty in explanations is fundamental to good work so that people respect you. And I just want to say, Mr. So-and-so, shame on you, this is called deception, and the money you will take from achieving your target is forbidden money.
