My Best Honestly one of the best dessert experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Everything from the presentation to the taste felt premium and made with real attention to detail. The cakes were fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and the quality was obvious from the first bite.

What impressed me the most was the consistency and the overall experience inside the branch — clean, elegant, organized, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming.

Voilà truly delivers a luxury dessert experience that stands out. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality and refined taste.

Honestly, don’t even bother with this place! They’re unprofessional and horrible at this, we booked a cake 2 days in advance with nothing but customized text, agreed on a pick up date and time, only to get there and realize they didn’t have our order and it was scheduled to another new Cairo branch which the guy taking the order did not bother clarify. We waited for over 50 minutes to pick up the cake as they offered to ship it from the branch; despite the branch being 14 mins away by car. After the cake had arrived, the text looked exactly like the photos are showing, dirty, ugly, and we did not even bother take the cake as we were too embarrassed to serve this to the birthday guests. They started off okay but as we speak offer the worst service compared to their prices. So frankly you should save your time and money.

One of the best desserts shops in Cairo. they make a lot of creative ways of making them. I love their chocolate cakes the presentation is very unique. The taste is absolutely delicious. They also have a big pistachio cake. They consider this as their specialty beca it has a lot of pistachio and cake. They also have an amazing black forest and white chocolate. They have oriental desserts and they have delivery

The place is very well designed and the service is very good. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone. I hope they work on that
