The service was very bad in terms of order control; they couldn’t tell how the order would arrive or not. I ordered waffles, and they were cold, and the chocolate sauce wasn’t Nutella, unlike previous experiences. I spoke to the branch manager, and he told me that’s how orders usually arrive and gave me excuses, saying it was normal and that it should be cold.
