The salon has a website and a booking system that we struggled with, and in the end, there’s absolutely no commitment to appointments. My appointment was at 1 PM, and I arrived on time, but then they said the barber might come at 3 or 4 PM! Besides that, no one answers the phone, neither the landline nor WhatsApp. A very bad experience and no respect for time whatsoever.
