Horrible service! İ never seeing like this horrible service. We been there at 3 pm and the responsible guy told us. Need a stamp from the hotel that I stay which is not exens! And then he told us here is open untill 9 pm but actually when we left the building we notice actually is getting close at 3 pm. And even we needed to exit from fire exit. Just to don’t spend time they didint do the transaction. When i say i did western union already so many times and never someone ask for the stamp the responsible guy just say is my own rule! Then is my own comment, this is most horrible Western Union service ever!

The worst employees at the first branch are unfit for the job. What kind of company is this where all the employees gather to eat and leave the customers? In any respectable place in the world, eating and praying are done in shifts, and there are security cameras. What’s with a pregnant woman standing in front of an employee for more than ten minutes while he prints paperwork and keeps her waiting until he’s finished? Don’t make people hate you. We’ve had enough of the hassle from banks, and it’s enough that we’re helping our country with our remittances. Don’t make us hate everything.
