Overpriced and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I went to dye my hair ends and a ponytail clip-on hair extension. They told me over the phone the hair dye starting price is 2200 and when I get there they state that it’s 2500 and that the owner “got confused” and said a wrong price. They start dying the extension first as it’s darker than the ends of my hair and will take more time. As the hair dresser “Rehab” is discussing with the receptionist the procedure that she’s going to get done to finalize the price with me she states on her own that the extension DO NOT NEED BLEACH. They wanted to charge me 6k although my hair is very fine and the extension was only a ponytail and after discussion the agreed to 5k (which is still way to much). After I rinse my hair and the extensions they compared it to my “wet hair” and to me (in the terrible lighting they have at the salon) the colors seemed quiet similar. Only when I leave and the extensions and my hair fully dry do I realize that the extensions are exactlyyy the same color as they were before I went!! I call them to inform them of my distress and dissapointment only to come to a conclusion that even when they tried bleaching it, the hair on the extensions didn’t respond to the bleach. And when I tell them then why was I charged they insist that the dye changed its color by 2 shades (which doesn’t make any sense because if it hadn’t responded to the bleach then no way in hell would it respond to hair dye). I told them that the least they can do is compensate me with the money I paid for the extensions as it was on their behalf for not testing on a strand first before charging me with the whole procedure and the completely ignored me.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
