I’m leaving this review to explain why I did not continue my treatment with this clinic.

I initially booked an appointment for a braces consultation to determine which type would suit me best, and I paid 300 EGP for the check-up. I was completely fine with the pricing afterward, even though the total treatment cost (25,000–30,000 EGP) was on the higher side. I agreed to proceed and had no issues with the process at that stage.

Later, I received a call from someone at the clinic asking me to write a review. I clearly stated that I prefer to write a review only after completing the service. Shortly after, I booked another appointment for the scanning process for the braces.

When I arrived for that appointment, after traveling a long distance within Cairo, I was told that the doctor was not available and that my appointment was “not on the system.” This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had personally booked the appointment days earlier and my name was already registered with them.

They claimed that a message had been sent to all patients informing them that the doctor would not be available due to an emergency. I never received any such message, despite supposedly being on their system.

What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and effort to resolve the situation. No apology, no attempt to accommodate me, no solution, and no effort to retain me as a customer, only excuses.

This experience wasted both my time and my money, and it’s the reason I chose not to continue treatment with them and went to another doctor instead.

Highly professional staff. My objective from the visit was met in high precision and timely manner. Clean and spacious clinic. They take hygiene very serious. Very friendly, helpful and decent staff. I highly recommend Wonders Dentistry Center!
