The vibe of the gym was awful and the coaches were not friendly at all in addition to the aggression of the staff

The worst gym management and the worst gym I’ve ever been to. A terrible experience; I didn’t get my money back, the price was exorbitant and unjustified, the spa was completely unclean, and the management doesn’t care about customers; all they care about is collecting money.

I’ve been a member of this gym for three months, and overall, I would recommend it.
Pros:
* The gym is very clean, and they clearly pay great attention to hygiene, which is a big positive.
* The air conditioning works all day, so I never feel uncomfortable because of the heat while training.
* The gym is spacious, has high ceilings, and the equipment is in excellent condition. They also seem to care a lot about regular maintenance.
* The members are generally a good and respectful crowd. The atmosphere is calm and friendly.
* I haven’t personally worked with the trainers, but from what I’ve seen, they seem professional and cooperative with their personal training clients.
Cons:
* When I first joined, I had read some reviews mentioning poor customer service at the reception, but I honestly didn’t expect it to be as bad as I experienced. My first visit was a horrible experience — the reception staff were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and gave a very dismissive attitude that made the whole process frustrating and uncomfortable. It genuinely left a very negative first impression. I later heard that the entire reception team was changed, which honestly seems like a necessary decision and has likely improved things.
* The price is somewhat high compared to the value. There are other gyms nearby that offer similar quality at noticeably lower rates, for example around 6,000 for 3 months or 4,000 per month, which makes this gym feel a bit expensive in comparison.
Other than that, it’s a very good gym, and after spending three months there, I can confidently recommend joining.
