I was disappointed with my experience, mainly because of the receptionist’s attitude. She was not friendly, came across as rude, and made every simple request unnecessarily difficult. She also told me that I couldn’t pay by visa card, but I later found out that card payments were actually available. It seemed like she simply didn’t want to process the payment, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. Customer service is an important part of any spa experience, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet basic professional standards.
