Went to a latin night. Dance floor is ok. Service by waiters needs much improvement. I asked the waiter on the bar for tea. Came back and said no tea. Only coffee. So i ordered turkish coffee. 30 mins later i see another waiter carrying two cups of black tea to be served to another guest! Also my spouse ordered a drink. They got it wrong. Manager Said they would get her another one. 30 mins later nothing. We had to walk up to the bar and follow up. She accepted another drink instead. Also on the same night my friend ordered coffee (nescafe) and she said it was aweful. She had to complain to get another proper one. So if you are expecting good service, forget it. Very slow and they dont know how to make their own drinks on the menu. The only good thing about this place is the view on the nile.
