I had an appointment for hydrafacial at 12pm at El Rehab branch. I went there on time and the clinic wasn’t opened yet!!! I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up !!!!! Completely unprofessional

This is the only honest review you will see here, zat aesthetic clinics is another rebranding name for nouvel age clinic cause they have lots of bad reviews, honestly i knew that in the midst of my laser session and i decided to give them a chance, after the session the receptionist literally forced me to write a review and took a capture of it, i read the bad reviews on nouvel age and i decided i wouldn’t go back and deleted the review later I didn’t want to be rude to her and that’s it, they didn’t remain silent i’ve been receiving calls from them for almost 2 months and it upsets me that I don’t want to be rude or harm them, but they are a dishonest disrespectful clinic i accept that it’s rebranding but don’t force people and humble them to write fake reviews! Work on yourself to be better! It’s a medical service you should be honest
