Worst experience for cat grooming, very very bad, unprofessional stuff, i went to groom and shower my two cats, i called many times before going to make sure all stuff is present, and after going they couldn’t deal with my cats at all, they cut their hair very short and in a very bad shape, they also wanted to wash my cats with cold water after frightening them and in an air conditioned cold room, i refused and thank god i was there all the time to protect my cats from their constant failure and unprofessionalaism, THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CATS AT ALL, NOT SYMPATHETIC AND VIOLENT WITH CATS.

After all, I’m very, very sad about this experience, i feel guilty for choosing this place. My cats are traumatised, but thank god they are not sick after what happened.

I would like to mention that the stuff was respectful with me and didn’t charge me, but the service itself was very stressful and awful.
Highly not recommended for cat grooming ⚠️

UPDATE: They contacted me many times to delete the review and offered to give the cats another grooming at home. Even though i told them one of the two cats got sick, they still insisted on grooming them again, and of course, i refused.

A side note: I noticed more than six 5-star reviews that were newly posted yesterday at the same time on their grooming service, which is very weird after what happened and after their constant demand on deleting my review.

The worst place ever. No one should go there. Even after the owner had called me and I accepted the apology. I went again and it was so disappointing. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never recommend this place again. After 6 years of dealing with u but as usual in Egypt; no consistency.
