Unfortunately, the lack of proper coordination and respect for patients’ time reflects poor service quality. I kindly request that you take immediate action to improve your booking system and ensure appointments are properly organized and honored as scheduled.

Your receptionists are unprofessional. My appointment with Dr.Roy Moutran been rescheduled 3times same day and I ended ip waiting in your clinic 90min to get a lip filler. This branch is so unprofessional and disrespectful compared to Dubai and you’re not cheap for this low service level. I shouldnt have my Saturday wasted cause you have dishonest unprofessional receptionists
