Went for a consultation, had to wait 1h30mins after my intended appointment time, finally saw the doctor and she asked me absolutely no questions before she prescribed an intensive list of products including an antibiotic and 3 products from Zo, which cost over 22k EGP in total (this is without the other products I was told to buy from the pharmacy). I had asked her to give me replacements for the Zo products and she was very dismissive and did not give me any replacements. For anyone wanting to come here, I recommend you find a real dermatologist instead.

Really disappointed with this clinic. The doctors are almost always late, which is honestly just frustrating and disrespectful.
The prices are already super high, and they keep going up all the time with no real explanation. It just feels like they’re trying to squeeze as much money out of patients as possible.
What bothered me the most was the hygiene. I saw doctors touching their phones, door handles, etc. while wearing gloves and then going straight back to treatment without changing them. That’s just not okay.
Also, some of the treatments they suggest don’t seem necessary at all, but they still try to convince you to do them. It feels very pushy and more about money than actual care.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I would like to share my experience with Dr Nermine at 5A branch, the results are incredible doing laser hair removal. She’s very honest and never hesitates to fully answer any concern or inquiry. Definitely recommend her for her honesty and professionalism.
