Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Zulu Maadi.
I had been to this place several times before, but my last visit was honestly embarrassing. I came with my closest friend on his birthday, expecting a decent and respectful night, but we were treated in a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful way.
What made it worse is that the treatment felt clearly selective and discriminatory. We were made to feel unwelcome for no valid reason, while other people seemed to be treated differently. This is not how a serious venue should deal with respectful customers.
The manager, Mina, was especially disappointing in the way the situation was handled. Instead of solving the problem professionally, the attitude made the experience even worse and left a very bad impression.
We came as respectful guests, not to cause problems or bother anyone, yet the way we were treated ruined the night and turned a birthday outing into a very negative memory.
I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone. A venue that cannot respect decent customers, treat people fairly, or handle situations professionally does not deserve people’s time, money, or loyalty.
I will not be coming back, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Great Energy, But Frustrating Entry Policy!
I had an amazing time here! The music and energy were absolutely insane, and it was so much fun I didn’t want to go home!
However, management should reconsider the strict “couples-only” entry policy. I travel from abroad (Egyptian origin) and mostly hang out with friends, so my friend and I were turned away. Not everyone has mixed-gender groups to visit with. It is a shame to exclude people who just want to experience the venue’s great vibe because of a rigid male-female dynamic rule, especially when they don’t bother anyone.

Loved this place! The music was amazing, the crowd had a great vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. If you’re looking for a fun place with great energy and a wonderful ambiance, I highly recommend it.

Had a really bad experience with their promotions. They advertised a 50% discount on drinks with specific dates, so I called and made a reservation based on that. However, after we finished our night, they refused to apply the discount, saying it was canceled because of Easter Eve.
The problem is, they never posted any update about canceling the offer, and no one informed me about it when I made the reservation. They continued promoting the deal without actually honoring it. When I showed them their own post, they simply said they weren’t responsible for it, which is honestly unacceptable.
Overall, the place itself isn’t bad, but their marketing feels misleading and unprofessional “ simply scamming” , the lack of accountability or even a simple apology made the experience worse

Came one time and it was good. The following time the guy forgot my order for hours and insisted I pay for it before i left until i made a big deal about it. He also got my friends order wrong. 0/10 experience on my graduation day. If you want to celebrate a special occasion, 100% not worth it
They also had a surprise charge of 500 entry that wasn’t there. Go to tipsy camel or any other maadi bar where service is decent and u get what u pay for.
